Make the most of your participation in the Future Forces Exhibition & Forum. Matchmaking through the FFF EXPO mobile app will help you find relevant contacts, connect with other participants and schedule in-person meetings directly during the event.

Connect with representatives of industry, armed and security forces, experts, partners, exhibitors and members of official delegations.

How Does Matchmaking Work?

IMPORTANT: Full matchmaking communication is available only between participants who have physically entered the exhibition venue and whose entry has been recorded by the system.

Registration for the Future Forces Forum and inclusion in the list of exhibitors, delegations or participants allows you to send a meeting request in advance via the app to arrange a meeting with that person during FFF.

Any user who does not wish to use the MM service can disable it. Every user can filter both participant lists and participant groups from which they wish to receive meeting requests.

How to Get Started?

1. Register for FFF
   Complete your registration to attend the Future Forces Exhibition & Forum.
2. Download the FFF EXPO App
   The app serves as an event guide and allows you to use matchmaking features.
3. Create an Account in the App
   Use the details from your registration. Schedule meetings and send meeting requests, customize the app settings according to your preferences, and create your list of favorites.
4. Pass the Entry Check at the Exhibition Venue
   Full matchmaking communication is activated once your physical entry to the exhibition venue has been recorded. You can then communicate and chat with approved contacts just as you are used to.
5. Meet Interesting People
   Take the opportunity to meet people you do not know yet or have not previously had the chance to contact.

Find Relevant Contacts
Use the app to search for participants available for matchmaking and select those you would like to meet.

Request Meetings
Send a meeting request through the app. Whether the meeting takes place depends on the request being accepted and the availability of the participant you contact.

 Important Information and Conditions

• Matchmaking works fully only between participants who have already passed the entry check at the exhibition venue.
• A person's registration or inclusion among exhibitors, speakers or official delegates does not guarantee the possibility of arranging a meeting.
• Being able to send a meeting request does not mean that the other party will automatically confirm the meeting.
• The availability of specific individuals depends on their participation, availability settings and MM preferences during the event.
