13:00 – 13:30 SemantIQ Nexus — A European Answer to Cyber Threat Intelligence: Decision Support, Not Just Feeds
Europe still consumes threat intelligence on other people's terms: foreign platforms, foreign clouds, rigid data models. SemantIQ-Nexus, developed in Austria, is a graph-based and ontology-independent CTI platform built from an intelligence perspective — every single claim keeps its source, its confidence and its history instead of being flattened into one "truth". It delivers what management actually needs: situation reports, timeline analysis and decision support, produced by CTI AI agents that carry the analytical load while the human analyst keeps the judgement. And it runs where the data has to stay — on-premises and fully air-gapped, with the AI models delivered in a box. This talk shows where SemantIQ Nexus stands today and where it is headed. Built not for the hype cycle but for organisations determined to keep control of their own information — and their own analysis

14:00 – 15:30 Cyber Defense Innovation - panel discussion
As cyber threats continue to grow in scale, complexity, and impact, innovation has become a critical enabler of effective cyber defense. This panel will explore how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, advanced analytics, threat intelligence, and cyber resilience solutions, are transforming the way governments, defense organizations, critical infrastructure operators, and private-sector entities protect their digital assets. Experts from industry, government, academia, and the cybersecurity community will discuss current developments, practical experiences, and future trends shaping the next generation of cyber defense capabilities in an increasingly contested digital environment.

16:15 – 17:00 Barriers & Triage Are Not Viable National Security Strategies
Despite decades of innovation and investment, cybersecurity outcomes have not materially improved. Cyber defenders are trapped in a relentless reactive cycle of alerts, triage, investigations, and patch catch-up, yet adversaries are not deterred. Applying military strategic logic, this talk reframes corporate cyber vulnerability as a national security problem and shows why current cybersecurity practices will never suffice to deter or deny nation state aggressors.

The development of a modern military camouflage pattern is not merely a matter of graphic design. The resulting solution must combine camouflage effectiveness in different types of environments, suitable properties of colours and textile materials, military requirements, and the ability to achieve repeated industrial production while maintaining the specified parameters.

9:30 – 15:45 Future C2 Conference
Following the successful Future C2 (FC2) conference in 2024, the FC2 brand returns to the Future Forces Forum 2026 with a highly specialised focus. Current global conflicts and technological advances make clear that the Electromagnetic Environment (EME) has become a decisive factor in modern warfare. Where electromagnetic spectrum activities were once regarded primarily as combat support functions, they are now seen as a force multiplier with the potential to significantly influence all joint functions, including command and control (C2).
The conference responds to the dynamic transformation of the security and operational environment, where the boundaries between military and civilian activities in the electromagnetic spectrum are becoming increasingly blurred. The goal of FC2 2026 is to discuss strategies, technologies, and procedures that will ensure the technological superiority and resilience of the state and the armed forces in the era of hybrid threats.

9:30 – 17:00 Homeland Security and Resilience Conference
The Internal Security and State Resilience Conference has long focused on what the role of the state should be in protecting its population and institutions, as well as on its role in a security environment in which the boundaries between external defence and internal security are increasingly blurred.
Although conventional military threats continue to influence defence planning, governments face an increasingly broad spectrum of non-military risks that directly threaten the security of the population, the continuity of essential services and the resilience of critical infrastructure. Hybrid activities, cyberattacks, disasters related to climate change, large-scale emergencies, disinformation campaigns and the rapid proliferation of unmanned systems (UAS) significantly blur the traditional boundaries between external defence and internal security.

10:00 – 16:30 Future of Cyber Conference
Three-day professional event – within the framework of the cyber pavilion (CYBER PAVILION) we are preparing a series of security panel discussions, expert presentations, lectures, workshops, Cyber Hacking Show and other accompanying activities as the official professional side program of the international FUTURE FORCES FORUM project, enabling meetings of experts and representatives of public administration, security and armed forces, academia, non-profit organizations and the commercial sector, creating a unique opportunity to discuss current and future threats and trends in information technology, cyber security, defence and critical infrastructure protection.

10:00 – 10:40 Hybrid Threats, your control room is a target!
The current turbulent geopolitical and social situation is forcing the organizations to adapt to new, hybrid threats and actors. Both public and private professionals will need to be aware of their role—and especially their vulnerabilities—in this new, uncertain, and dynamic environment. Especially control rooms, often monitoring and managing operations and therefor a ‘crown-jewel’, have become prime targets. Are you, and more important, is your operations staff, aware of this? Let’s discuss Operational Technology (OT), their characteristics, and unknown vulnerabilities.

10:45 – 11:40 From IT to OT: Managing Cyber Risks in Converged and Hybrid Environments, panel discussion
Digital transformation is accelerating the convergence of IT and OT environments while introducing new challenges related to data integrity, trusted information, and cyber resilience. This panel will examine current cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and practical challenges affecting critical infrastructure, industrial systems, and digital ecosystems. Beyond technical aspects of IT/OT convergence, the discussion will also address the growing importance of detecting manipulated or false data, strengthening information integrity, and enhancing cooperation between government authorities and the private sector in responding to modern cyber threats. Experts from industry, government, and academia will share lessons learned, best practices, and perspectives on building resilient and trustworthy digital environments.

11:45 – 12:30 No Skills, No Mission: Turning Cyber Skills into Mission Readiness
Cyber capability is only valuable when it enables the mission. In modern defense operations, digital systems underpin command and control, intelligence, communications, logistics and operational decision-making. When these systems are disrupted or contested, the ability of personnel to respond effectively can determine whether the mission continues or fails. This contribution will examine how defense organisations can build cyber capability around operational needs rather than available training catalogues.

12:30 – 13:15 From Risk to Solution: A Practical Demonstration of Risk Analysis Using CSA
How can you easily identify cyber risks and gain an overview of their significance for your organization's security? A practical demonstration of the CSA (Cyber Security Audit) tool will present a simple approach to conducting risk analysis and using it to obtain clear and practical outputs. The aim is to demonstrate how a suitable tool can simplify and streamline risk analysis and turn it into a practical basis for cybersecurity management.

13:30 – 14:30 Crisis Preparedness: When Cybersecurity Is Not Enough, panel discussion
The crises of the coming years will not respect the boundaries between government sectors or disciplines. A cyberattack, critical infrastructure outage, disruption of supply chains, geopolitical conflict, disinformation, or the failure of key technologies can combine into a single crisis with far-reaching consequences for the functioning of the state and the everyday lives of citizens.
How prepared are we really for such situations? This panel will bring together perspectives from cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, healthcare, geopolitics, and crisis management. It will focus on strategic dependencies, emerging technologies and AI, the ability to share information and make decisions under pressure—and, above all, on what governments, businesses, and society need to do today to ensure they can continue to function when the next crisis hits.
